For patients on long-term medication there are a number of options available for ordering repeat prescriptions:
- In person - drop your repeat slip (or a written note) in at reception with the required items clearly marked. There is a box to the left of the chemist window to save you queueing at reception.
- By post - send it to us and include a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- By fax - to 0151 604 0416
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page and complete a simple registration.
Requests can be made at any time during opening hours but preferably after 09:00 each day. Patients can also arrange with their local chemist to collect and deliver prescriptions directly to their home.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Please collect after 16:00
